How do I get in contact with you?      
     You can email me at jessarcophotography@gmail.com.  I check it often so I can get back to you as quickly as possible.

Do you have a studio?
     No, sadly I do not.  That is definitely one of my goals but for now I am an on-location photographer.

How far are you willing to travel and where do you go?
       I am willing to travel anywhere!  Every portrait session comes with 40 round trip miles for free and every mile above 40 is $0.55 a mile.  I've gone to homes, parks, walked around towns, schools.  Anywhere that you have in mind to go, I am completely fine with.

How fast is the turnaround for my proofs?
      I do work full-time and my Dexter keeps me pretty busy so the turnaround time is generally about a week to two weeks. Normally I can get them done in a week but just in case it is a busy week or weekend, I need to have a little extra time.
      Weddings take more time as they have so many more photos so the turnaround on those will be about 3-4 weeks.

What is a print credit?
       A print credit is an amount of money that will be taken off your total bill of your prints that you order.  Each type of portrait session and some wedding packages (if you choose it) will have a print credit.  This way you can order whatever sizes you'd like in any amount.  There are no set photos that you  have to go by.  The print credit can also be used towards the purchase of the cd.  (Weddings do not apply for this.)

If I don't use all of my print credit can I get a refund of the remaining balance?
       Unfortunately no.  The print credits are designed to give you the ability to order exactly what you need and the sessions fees are based upon you getting this credit so refunding the balance is not possible.

How fast will I receive my photos after I have ordered them?
        You should get your photos within a week of ordering them unless specified otherwise. 

Is there a shipping fee for photos?
         Yes, a $6 shipping fee is applied for every photo order.
